Microtech offer a fully featured support service that has been refined over the years to provide your business with the best possible assistance in the fastest possible time. Our team of technical staff possesses a wide range of skills and experience, and we are dedicated to ongoing skills development. This combined with our low staff turnover allows us to provide a consistently high standard of service delivery.

We provide telephone and remote support, and arrange on-site support as required. The helpdesk is contactable by telephone, facsimile and email, please see our contact us page for details.

All of our support services are available on a fee per hour basis, but we also offer several contract service arrangements to provide you with the level of service you require at the most economical cost.
